Yes, you need to have a Resale/Sales certificate and a Federal EIN number along with being an established reseller.

Yes. All of our items are in stock and will ship directly to you from our corporate office in Georgia. If there is something in particular you are looking to source, please let us know.

Yes. All of our items are shipped with an authenticity certificate from our patterns which include but are not limited to: Entrupy, Authentic Detective, Real Authentication and other highly regarded third party authentication companies.

For your convenience, we accept ACH/Wire transfers along with all major credit cards but will no longer accept personal or business checks unless agreed upon beforehand. Please note that there will be a 3.5% processing for credit card payments.

At this time, we do not offer items on Memo but we are always happy to have that conversation if you have a special event coming up.

The Luxury Bee offers a 90 exchange policy. Exchanges must be shipped back and in their original condition as they were sent to you with all tags still attached. Once the exchange  is processed, new merchandise, if requested, will ship out within 72 hours. All Special Orders are final sale and not exchangeable or refundable. If items are returned after 90 days without clearance from The Luxury Bee, they will incur a 25% restocking fee.

As soon as payment has cleared, your items will ship via USP or FedEx and you will be sent either via email or text, a tracking number.

We offer free shipping to our clients based in the United States. All returns, shipping is the clients responsibility.

Do your items come with dust bags and boxes?2023-10-02T03:43:03+00:00

All of our items are pre-owned and do not come with any accessories like dust bags, boxes or paperwork but, we will provide unbranded dust bags to keep your items safe.
